Strategy Development Workshop A one day facilitated workshop to help management teams determine the best way forward for their business

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Directors and senior managers who need to clarify strategy and set out a devleopment plan for their business.

PROGRAMME: The event is usually held "off site" and attended by the Chairman, MD and Board together with trusted advisors and mentors. The day starts with the setting of ground rules and objectives. It then progresses to an analysis of the current situation which leads in turn to a discussion on the future direction, the resources available to get there and the development of an action plan.
Whilst the atmosphere is informal the team may have to confront difficult issues and even perhaps, face some unpalatable facts. However they are in the hands of an experienced facilitator whose job is to help the team arrive at a mutually satisfactory outcome that everyone can accept. The team leaves with a common vision, ownership of their plan and a determination to communicate it energetically to the business.
