SalesMaster® is a tool that has been designed to help sales leaders train, encourage and motivate their teams.

At the heart of SalesMaster® are two connected but independent board games. Both are based on a sales process which starts with an Approach to the customer and ends with Obtaining Commitment and Closing the Sale.



SalesMaster® is designed to be played in teams and is facilitated by a GamesMaster who will normally be the sales team leader. The objective of the game is for the teams to make as much money as they can by answering questions, relating relevant stories and contributing experience.

Although the game is designed to stimulate the competitive nature of salespeople, it is also intended be fun and provide a positive learning environment. Games Masters should therefore be careful to be flexible in their approach to playing the game and ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and positive experience.
