Leadership & Planning Exercise An exercise designed to test the skills of your team in solving a difficult problem and getting an optimal outcome

This activity has been designed to highlight the interdependence of team, and to practise leadership and planning skills.

The team's task is to provide top management with vital sales figures. Although each member has some information, the Sales Manager has disappeared with the key data. He's away on a business trip and it's a race against the clock to locate him and get him to send over the missing information. In order to find him and calculate the sales figures the team needs:

• All the team members' information
• A firm and organising leader
• A plan on how to proceed with the task
• The delegation of special tasks
