Super Tanker M   £99	One of our best selling leadership activities. Teams must navigate a super tanker through the fjords to solve a riddle. Classic leadership challenge in optimum use & allocation of resources.	Divide the group into teams of 4 - 6. Teams can play competetively against one another. The leader in each group must manage the team* to obtain the correct result in the quickest time.
Temple of Oova S   £135	This group problem-solving exercise is about structuring and organizing data in a team. The data is provided on sheets which are distributed among the members of each team.Ideal for technically oriented teams	The only way to successfully complete this task and arrive at a correct solution, is to work logically and systematically through the information provided. The leader's approach therefore needs to be very organized and structured.
Viking Attack! F £95	Fun activity which simulates the need for collaborative working and effective team work in a highly competetive race against the clock.	Divide the group into teams of 3 or 4. Using the information in their pack they have to solve a puzzle. Suitable for senior management teams. 15 - 45 minutes
The Pricing Dilemma F £50	The leader has to agree a pricing strategy with his team which maximizes their sales of ice cream in real time. The leader will have to get buy in to negotiation strategy, decide on priorities and delegate tasks whilst holding his team together as the tension rises.	Played between two teams. Observers may be used to provide post game feedback. Excellent evening exercise or ice breaker.
The Monday Meeting M £125	This activity gives practice in chairing a meeting, listening to others, consensus building and decision taking.	Participants each have a role and a brifing and have to play their part to optimize their desired outcome. The leader meanwhile, has to take a broader view and manage the situation for the benefit of the whole team thereby dealing with conflict and negotiate compromises.
Westrek M £195	The team has been dropped at an unknown location.Each person has a back-pack with a sleeping bag, enough food and survival rations for 10 days, water for two days, a watch, a compass, an axe and 10 metres of rope. The leader must organize the team to get them home safely using only the information and resources available to them.	Updated survival exercise. The leader must select the right strategy, get his team aligned and then make besy uses of resources. Divide the group into teams of 4 - 6. Teams can play competetively against one another. The leader in each group must manage the team to obtain the optimum result in the quickest time.
