Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS) Terms and Conditions

The Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS) is run by Sales101 Limited. All applicants and subscribers to the Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS) agree to be bound exclusively and strictly to the following conditions.

DEFINITIONS:

The Charter: means The Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS)

The Register: means the Register of Subscribers to The Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS)

Sales101: means Sales101 Limited

Applicants: means individuals who have applied through the web site or other communication to Sales101 to be on the Register

Subscribers: means individuals who are on the Register of Subscribers to The Charter of Professional Selling (CoPS)

Sales101 manages the Register and may at their discretion add or remove any individual (whether an Applicant or Subscriber) to or from the Register at any time and for any reason.

Applicants and Subscribers will provide Sales101 with truthful and accurate details when requested

Subscribers may use the Charter logo on email, letterheads and business cards

Subscibers may use the Charter logo on a web page provided it links back to http://www.sales-101.co.uk/charter

Sales101 may publish the list of Subscribers including their company details

Sales 101 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of inclusion on or exclusion from the Register
